TDS Cable came to our neighborhood in Wellington CO and installed cable on our street.They trenches through our landscaping, cut the *** barrier, moved the rocks, put in the cable and threw everything back over the area, no *** barrier 8" wide dirt now and the rocks that have been carefully laid in a dry riverbed style with small rocks on both sides of the large rock.

We were assured that there would be no damage to our property.

We spent over 2 hours on hold and talked to several people explaining our problem, got a work order number with assurances that they would repair the problem.After staying home for 3 days waiting for TDS to come on 3 seperate dates to make the promised repairs NO SHOW, NO CALL, NO SERVICE.

Preferred solution: Return landscaping to original condition.

I didn't like: Not doing what was promised.
