Made an appoint for an install and took the day off to be at home. The time window was from 8 to 10am.

Called them at 10:10 am when no one showed and after several minutes to get a live person was told the technician was on the way. Waited another 30 minutes and still no show so called again. After 15 minutes on hold was disconnected so I called back again. After another 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone I was told the install was not going to happen today and did I want to reschedule.

Let's recap. Took the day off and no one showed up and no call to let me know. Are you crazy?

No I don't want to reschedule. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I'm running into a similar issue. Ordered internet 9 days ago and at this point have had them reschedule 5 times.

I mean COME ON.

I've taken off work, rescheduled plans. And after reading reviews, I'm doubtful thru are EVER actually coming.
