TDS offers and bills for one level of internet service. Almost never do I receive the level of service I pay for.
This happens all the time. Terrible slow interment service and they will not invest the necessary money to upgrade there equipment to provide better service. Why would they they have a monopoly in my area.
Have been trying to get them to provide at least the level of service they are billing instead of some disclaimer on page 12 of the service agreement printed in 3 pint type. that states they can provide a much lower level of service and the customer can't do anything.
