I have been a customer of TDS for several years! First of all every month my bill is over $100 I am paying for fast speed internet and lets be honest that is a joke nothing fast speed about it!

It shuts off all the time and its a waist of money but they are the only internet provider where I live! They take people's money and take advantage of the fact they are the only internet providers around! But honestly worse of all when I call about my bill or a problem in general the customer service is the worst, rudest *** holes I've ever had to deal with! They ignore my questions, huff and puff at me, talk to me like I'm *** and for a long time I was still polite but here lately I have gotten very edgy back at them!

I call and use my manners and I'm tried of being talked to like I'm ***! I have even asked for supervisiors and they will argue with you not wanting to put you through to a supervisor! It's redicilous! And they seriously need to stop treating people like *** and learn to be respectful especially when the person calling is nice to them!

TDS is a joke!

The service, the internet, the prices, everything about them is a joke! They take advantage of people and it's not fair to be treated like this when you pay your bill, a very high bill for service you aren't even receiving!

Same story here. I wish the state would get involved with this being its hurting more than just cruising the internet businesses and other entities also feel the pain of a Telicom that has no interest in upgrading their services to try and bring Maine into the 21st century.

They get double the money for a lesser product cheaper product to produce so what is the incentive for them to change when there isn't anyone to challenge them.

It will catch up to them in the long run i'm sure but till then we have to suffer with companies that haven't a care about the customers or innovation. I'd like to see how much is federally funded because threatening the pocket is the only way to get these people's attention.
