TDS - The worst internet service I have ever experienced
Need I say more? Dreadful dreadful dreadful.
And we pay for the fastest dsl they have. Years of apologies and now a rebuild in progress however it may take 10 years since they are depending on government funding. So many tech calls so many unanswered promises. And then they don't even acknowledge the emails any more.
So we pay and we pay and we pay and when we need to do work or watch TV: NADA!!!! For a publicly traded company they have not been truthful with their customers. They are a horrible performer yet their stock price does not reflect the problems they have "on the ground." We the customers are held captive since we have no other option. I guess we are supposed to be grateful for 0.16 upload speeds.
Oh, my....what has this "connected world" come to???? Start telling the truth: you can't deliver the service your customers pay for. Wasn't always this way.
They simply don't want to make the investment in upgraded equipment to handle the demand so they turn to the Feds with their hands out. Shame shame shame.
