You call for help. After the longest automated menu, you get a person who can't solve your problem but claims to be transferring you (with the personality of a fish) to the right department where you go into hold oblivion, never to be heard from again.
This happens repeatedly, you never do get a person to help. So you email repeatedly, you get an auto responder promising that you will be acknowledged but you never do hear back. You go to FB, they tell you to call every single time. So you do, refer back to the top of complaint.
So you use Twitter but you get ignored. They don't care. The only thing they do consistently is ignore you, collect money and provide horrible television/internet service. Sounds cuts out, picture scrambles, internet cuts out and is slow, television doesn't have pay per view, can't use log in for TDS to get onto TNT, Cartoon Network or other apps.
They DO NOT CARE about those they take money from and they don't do anything to improve things. Worst company EVER!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of bundle. TDS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
